Night markets and other things we’ll miss about Thailand

(Inspired by a friend’s blogpost)

Despite a lot of things we won’t miss, there are a lot of things we will. Here’s a list of a few (people not included!):

The colour of the water/beaches:

Scuba diving! I’m only sad we didn’t discover this sport earlier.

The proximity to neighbouring Southeast Asian countries.

Delicious, exotic fruits:

Having a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house so we can host people.

The lack of rules for basically anything, including public transportation:

Riding a scooter:

Delicious and cheap Thai food:

Meat: 50 THB, som tam salad: 40 THB, sticky rice: 10 THB. Heavenly!

The price of some food, like chicken breasts:

That's 85 THB per kilogram of chicken breast!

All the fun chip flavours:

Salt caramel, strawberry milkshake, chocolate!

Fun Dairy Queen flavours:

Night markets (markets in general):

Being able to blame the humidity for not being attractive and the heat for being lazy 😉
