New York City (pt 1)

“In New Yoooooooork, concrete jungle where dreams are made up… There’s nothing you can’t do, now you’re in New York”

We made it! After spending nearly two years in London, England, I was told I would love NYC. I’m not sure if I LOVE it, but it is a giant city with lots to discover!

We stayed with S&S, who I met in London, on the Upper East Side. It was REALLY cool to see how they live in the midst of skyscrapers. It definitely provided us with a different perspective and made us appreciate what being a citizen of NYC would be like.

Madeline hit NYC! All the two year olds in town were excited 😉

Hi, George!

We frequented Central Park often… it seems to be the only green space in Manhattan. It’s large and beautiful!

First glimpse of part of the skyline!

The views from our friends’ place is stunning! Here’s some sunset and nighttime views:

The next day, we walked all around Manhattan sightseeing. It was my first time to NYC, so I had to see the typical touristy things.

Central Park

Everywhere you go, you can see the tallest tower (432 Park Avenue), the newest residential building coming up. Some apartments will go as high as $108 million (!), but the views up there look spectacular.
